AVPN, an international organization founded in 1984 by the most important Neapolitan pizza artisans, with the aim of promoting and protecting, in Italy and throughout the world, the Authentic Neapolitan Pizza, made according to the tradition described in the International Regulations.

For almost forty years, the AVPN has been at the forefront of defending pizzerias, pizza artisans and the products in the supply chain linked to this great gastronomic excellence of Made in Italy: a commitment carried out with passion to preserve and enhance a profession, in reality an art, that of the Neapolitan pizza maker.

AVPN has over 1,000 affiliated pizzerias in 58 countries.
