MASTER TRAINER AND EXECUTIVE CHEF NO.900

Mirko D'agata

Mirko, originally from Turin, Italy, is passionate about cooking, influenced by his Sicilian parents. After working in various restaurants around the world, he moved to Canada in 2012 to join Bottega in Quebec, then became executive chef at Pizzeria NO.900. He brings an authentic Italian touch to this Quebecois concept. He has won several awards at international pizzaiolo competitions - including the title of World Champion of the STG Neapolitan Pizza in Vegas in 2025.

Fiodar Huminski

Fiodar's culinary journey began in 2008 at Tavern on the Square. In 2014, he launched his own restaurant, Le Bon Vivant.

In 2019, with his partner Gabrielle, they invested in a NO.900 franchise in the Quartier des Spectacles, where he was then a pizza chef.

Working with Italian master pizza chef Mirko D'Agata, he adds a creative twist to a traditional menu. He competes in numerous international competitions and is AVPN certified.
